In this presentation, Dr. Schroder will review the long standing fundamentals of preparation design, isolation, and provisionalization with particular emphasis on techniques used to obtain ideal results.   He will then discuss the dedicated impressioning systems currently available explaining the technology behind their use. Technique videos will detail the use of the Lava COS for capture of digital data which enables fabrication of the indirect restoration of the dentist’s choice. Clinical cases will be shown which demonstrate the capabilities the COS. This program will enable clinicians to provide more predictable results with their indirect restorations regardless of impression type.

2. How dedicated digital impressioning systems change the workflow in the fabrication of indirect restorations.
3.  Case types suitable for Digital Impressioning.
4. What our scientific literature tells us about this new technology.
